Fleet Assistant’s Warranty Tracking and Management functionality helps you keep track of warranties from multiple suppliers to ensure that your company obtains maximum warranty recovery for every piece of equipment.

The process is entirely automatic and your users are notified when a repair is eligible for warranty. On a regular basis, your technicians will be prompted to record required claim information right at the time of repair, allowing you to process a claim right from the work order. The subtle business rules associated with OEM warranty agreements are also implemented in the system to optimize your warranty operations.
